pancake/crepe made from peanut butter and eggs. I sauted two sliced apples (Pink Lady!) in butter, brown sugar Splenda, and cinnamon, then poured the batter over. I slipped the pan into the preheated 400 F oven for about 10 minutes and let the batter set. It wasn't quite the same as white flour, but it satisfied our oven pancake cravings!! Perfect for fall.
